HELP NOTES FOR COMPLETION OF
REGISTRATION FORM
The following numbered notes correspond with those on the Registration
Form.
Please complete this registration form and submit it to the organisers
by clicking on the "submit" button. Within a few minutes you should
receive an email message confirming your registration and giving you a
confirmation number as well as a separate form for making an advance
payment to the Borneo Amateur Radio Club for registration and
accommodation (if you are asking us to book this for you).
We do not ask you to post your credit card information on-line for
security reasons, and we suggest that you print out the form that you
will receive by reply email, fill out the information as indicated, sign
it and then either send it by registered post to the address provided,
or fax it to the number given.
1. The leading attendee should complete this section, i.e. Group leader,
or leading partner in the case of a couple. The badge name is the name
or call-sign you wish to be put on your I.D. Badge.
2. Please complete the
postal address of the leader.
3. Please give the contact
details of the leader of your group/family. Please make sure your email
address is entered correctly as we will be confirming your registration
to this address and providing you with a means of making an advance
payment for registration and a deposit to guarantee your hotel
reservation.
4. Please give the names and
badge names of all accompanying persons. Please fill in the total number
of persons in your party. The Convention Registration Fee is RM350.00
per person. This covers lunches, convention dinners, entertainment,
convention activities, sightseeing, prizes etc. The total registration
fee for such persons can be calculated by multiplying the number of
persons by RM350.00.
5. Please choose one item from
each of the Group namely "Registration" and "Accommodation Kota
Kinabalu" to complete your package.
Promenade Hotel will be the
Venue Hotel. Accommodation can be arranged and reserved directly with
the Hotel but we prefer you book through with us because most Hotels are
normally fully booked during November (the high season), but BARC is reserving a large number of
rooms for the convention. All Hotels in the list are nearby
(within walking distance) from the venue hotel. To guarantee your room booking
in the convention hotel it is preferable to book as soon as possible,
before September 9, 2008. Bookings received after this date are subject
to room availability.
6. Please note that the Gateway
is Kota Kinabalu International Airport (KKIA) and it is located less
than 10 kilometer from KK city. Taxi to hotel is plentiful but if you
like transportation to your hotel to be arranged, please indicate here.
7. Tell us your flight detail so
that we will meet you at the airport.
8. Pre and Post Convention
activity are available. Please indicate your accommodation requirements
if you want us to book for you.

receive your registration details and a means to pay the registration
